Baldwinsville At 12:33 a.m. Nov. 13, members of the Baldwinsville Police stopped a vehicle on E. Genesee Street for driving erratically. The vehicle had been observed by members of the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps driving erratically on I-690 and they notified the 911 Center and then followed the vehicle into Baldwinsville. The officers identified the driver as Michael J. Addario, 45, of 3172 Amesbury Dr., Baldwinsville. Alcohol involvement was detected and after further investigation, Addario was arrested and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, failing to signal and failure to use designated lane. He was processed and released on his own recognizance to appear in village court Nov. 30.
At 12:53 a.m. Nov. 10, a vehicle was observed by Baldwinsville Police traveling 48 mph in a posted 30 mph zone on Syracuse Street. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as Terri L. Newman, 42, of 5431a Claremont Ave., Oakland, CA. Further investigation revealed alcohol involvement and Newman was arrested and charged with DWI and speed in zone. She was processed and released ROR to appear in court at 6 p.m. Nov. 30.
At 9:54 p.m. Nov. 6, an officer observed a vehicle not stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Canterbury Road and Braeside Ave. The vehicle was stopped and the driver identified as Michael G. Mayornick, 45, of 46 Edgewood Dr., Baldwinsville. After further investigation, Mayornick was arrested and charged with DWI, failure to stop at stop sign, failure to provide a breath test and inadequate exhaust. He was processed and arraigned before Baldwinsville Justice T. McMahon who set bail at $150 cash/bond, which Mayornick posted. He was scheduled to re-appear in court Nov. 9.
At 1:46 a.m. Nov. 6, Baldwinsville Police stopped a vehicle was speeding on W. Genesee Street. The driver was identified as Carl T. Hauswirth II, 21, of 222 Firelane 8, Jordan. After the stop, alcohol involvement was detected and Hauswirth was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI and speed in zone. He was processed and released ROR to appear in court at 6 p.m. Nov. 30.
