Baldwinsville — Michael Halka, esteemed leading knight, awards Brian Bulingame, left, with the student of the month honor. Burlingame, a senior at Baker High School, was chosen for the honor by the Liverpool Elks Club. The students are selected by their schools to receive the honor, based upon academic achievements, involvement in school related extracurricular activities, school leadership positions, as well as their civic and community involvement.
