Baldwinsville — Lysander resident and former town supervisor Barry Bullis, 64, was arrested last Tuesday, Jan. 31, by New York State Police for one count of fourth degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
Bullis was charged after an incident that occurred Nov. 10, 2011 at the Lysander Town Hall where Bullis allegedly dumped coffee on equipment after a town hall meeting. Bullis was issued an appearance ticket to appear at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 in the Town of Lysander Court.
