Student volunteers will call Baldwinsville residents during this year’s BCSF Dollars for Scholars Phone-a-thon held from 6 to 8 p.m. March 4 and 11.
Baldwinsville — Phones will be ringing in the Baldwinsville area the evenings of March 4 and 11 when more than 100 Baker High School students will call residents during the annual Baldwinsville Community Scholarship Foundation Dollars for Scholars Phone-a-thon, scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. both Sundays.
BCSF will use all of the proceeds of this fundraiser for college scholarships for district high school seniors. Scholarships will be awarded to students at Baker High School’s annual Moving Up Day ceremony in May.
Last year the BCSF was able to award more than $100,000 to high school seniors due to the support and generosity of the Baldwinsville community.
