Baldwinsville — Kim Blasiak, President of Palmer Elementary School's PTA, cuts the ribbon on the school’s new playground equipment on June 14. With her is Principal Steven Frey. The PTA worked for four years conducting a variety of fund raisers in the community to raise the money necessary to purchase the new equipment. The new playground was ready to use just in time for the school’s Summer Olympics, held the same day as the ribbon cutting.
