Baldwinsville — The Baldwinsville Central School District’s band programs recently competed in two spring competitions with great success.
On May 26, the Baldwinsville Marching Band placed first out of 18 competitive groups with a score of 96.5 at the Darien Lake marching band competition.
On June 1 and 2, the district’s band programs traveled to Gorham to compete in the 51st Annual Gorham Pageant of Bands. The following are the results:
First Place High School Wind Ensemble
First Place Jazz Band
First Place Varsity Color Guard
First Place Indoor Percussion
First Place Marching Band
Second Place Dance Ensemble
Overall Class Championship Award in the AA division
