continued At 1:36 p.m. May 8, a vehicle was stopped after police observed the driver fail to signal and use inadequate brake lights. The driver was identified as Jose L. Guerrero, 29, of 4106 Wafer Ashway, Liverpool. Computer checks showed his driver’s license to be suspended and he was arrested and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no signal and inadequate brake lights. He posted $100 police bail and was released, pending his appearance in court May 23.
Marijuana charge filed against student
At 11:15 a.m. May 3, James H. Sienkiewicz, 17, of 1058 Lynch Road, Baldwinsville, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. The arrest was the result of an investigation completed by the school resource officer and the Baker High School administrators. During the investigation, Sienkiewicz was found to be in possession of a ceramic pipe, which contained suspect marijuana residue. He was processed, released and scheduled to appear in court May 23.
