SYRACUSE With expected hot temperatures heading to the area, Onondaga County Executive Mahoney and County Parks are pleased to announce they will be opening the beaches a day ahead of schedule at 11 a.m. Friday, May 25.
Both Jamesville Beach and Oneida Shores will be open this weekend, Friday-Memorial Day, and weekends through June 17 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. On June 18, the beaches will begin their daily weekday schedule.
Admission is $6 Fridays through Sundays and holidays and $4 Monday through Thursday. A Season Beach Pass is available for $31.50 and is valid for use at both beaches throughout the season
