WOW, I thought they were on top of the DCO issue. This is amazing how they can;t even get this straight. I feel sorry for the lysander residents being ruled by these IDIOTS. How do these CLOWNS run anything?

Marvan's right, we should go back to the good ole days when the Town paid a full time DCO $47,000 a year to NOT catch dogs.

jmsml, at least we had one these guys can't even keep one of their own cronies in there. Is your wife running for Town Clerk again to get back on the gravy train? I am sure Andy and friends will put her up for election. They will choose anybody to run. They did a good job this year geting things through. How come you didn't respond to OLDDDP when he whipped your butt on the Gene Dinsmore letter? He is obviously a lot smarter than you and most likely has a job. HA HA

Marvan seems to be bitter. I would suggest you seek counseling to ease your pain. The fact is 18 dog euthanizations billed in 2011, 1 in 2012. 2012, all dogs accounted for from pickup till adoption. Total cost for DCO in 2011, $47,000. 2012, less than $30,000. I do not put any of this on the previous DCO, I believe the finger for this travesty rests with the former town administration, supervisor in particular. Why not FOIL information or ask a couple questions about facts before ranting. Rulings from state agencies would surprise you. Justice will prevail.

Facthack, do you understand it is 30k for part time? The former DCO was full time. There is insurance and other employee costs with the town employee doing it. The former DCO was a contract with no ins or other benefit costs. What are the new Clown Board members going to do this next year for dog control? They have 38k for DCO cost for part time, big savings isn't it? What rulings from state agencies? You sound like Andy and company saying they will call Attorney General on everyone. How did that work out for them? This group has no clue about how Town Government works.Good luck to you and them!
