Baldwinsville — Doug Rowe, coach of the Baldwinsville girls’ varsity lacrosse team, will be inducted into The Upstate New York Chapter of the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame on Oct. 21 during a dinner to be held at The Links in Erie Village. Rowe, a physical education teacher at Ray Middle School, has coached the girls’ lacrosse team for 22 years.
