Baldwinsville — Antonio Martinez, David Magowan and Scott Wolff, seniors at Baker High School, have been named Commended Students in the 2013 National Merit Scholarship Program. The National Merit Scholarship Corporation recognized the students for their exceptional scores on the 2011 PSAT, which placed them among the top five percent of more than 1.5 million students nationwide who took the test.
