Baldwinsville — Emily Ekross, left, and David Hutter, seniors at Baker High School, have been named 2013 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists. They are two of 16,000 semifinalists nationwide who have the opportunity to continue in the competition for over 8,000 National Merit Scholarships.
